619 Liquid Dish Wash, Car Wash and Hand Cleaner

Multi-Use Detergant

This Superbase® makes ready-to-sell products that have similar characteristics to the Essential Brand products listed; however, certain physical properties may vary:

  • #308 - Liquid Dish Wash
  • #337 - Pink Lotion Soap
  • #6140 - Liquid Hand Dish Wash
  • #6141 - Car and Truck Wash
  • #9000 - Blue Lotion Soap
  • Removes grease and food soil from dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment when used as a dish soap.
  • Removes dirt and ground-in grime when used as a hand soap.
  • Removes road film, salt residue, insects and other soils when used as a car wash.
  • Designed to lather freely in hard or soft water and rinse spot-free.
  • Leaves hands soft and smooth.
  • Use in multiple-compartment sinks or in buckets for clean-in-place operations.
  • Available in 55 gallon drums.

Blending Tips/Quality Control Information

  • 308
  • Always add Powdered Additive 404 to water first.
  • Powders dissolve quicker and more thoroughly in hot water with good agitation.
  • When hot water is not available, extend agitation time until all powder is dissolved.
  • Always add Pink Lotionizer 2033 to batch last.
  • Highest amount of hardness of water that blend can be used in: 22 grains or less
  • Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete health and safety information.
  • RI = 26.1 - 27.1
  • pH = 7.5 - 8.5

  • 337
  • Always add Thickening Agent 2330 to water first.
  • Use of additional Thickening Agent 2330 beyond recommendation will not make a thicker product. Overuse of thickener will actually cause the product to THIN.
  • Powders dissolve quicker and more thoroughly in hot water with good agitation.
  • When hot water is not available, extend agitation time until all powder is dissolved.
  • If an antiseptic version of 337 is desired, add one gallon of 2315 Antiseptic Additive in place of 1 gallon of water per 55 gallons of RTS product.
  • Highest amount of hardness of water that blend can be used in: 22 grains or less
  • Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete health and safety information.
  • RI = 17.1 - 18.1
  • pH = 7.2 - 8.2

  • 3105 - yellow
    3106 - pink
    3111 - aqua blue
    3113 - orange
  • Start with 32 ounces of dye per 55 gallons (1 liter per 200 liters) of RTS product. Adjust up or down to desired color intensity.
  • Note: Overuse of dye may cause staining on light colored surfaces.
  • Highest amount of hardness of water that blend can be used in: 22 grains or less
  • Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete health and safety information.
  • RI = 26.0 - 27.0
  • pH = 7.6 - 8.6

  • Start with 6 ounces of dye per 55 gallons (200 ml per 200 liters) of RTS product. Adjust up or down to desired color intensity.
  • Note: Overuse of dye may cause staining on light colored surfaces.
  • If an antiseptic version of 9000 is desired, add one gallon of 2315 Antiseptic Additive in place of 1 gallon of water per 55 gallons of RTS product.
  • Highest amount of hardness of water that blend can be used in: 22 grains or less

  • RI = 22.4 - 23.4
  • pH = 7.2 - 8.2
