Semi-Permanent Base Coat
This product makes the ready-to-sell equivalent of Essential Brand:
- Penetrates, levels and protects porous floors such as concrete, marble and terrazzo.
- Also suitable for use on old, over-stripped resilient floors.
- Will not discolor with age.
- Semi-permanent formula makes it ideal for sealing vinyl- asbestos tile.
- Meets ASTM D2047 as to slip resistance
- 38% solids Superbase is usable from 15%-20% solids on floor.
- Available in 55 gallon drums.

- Let seal stand for 24 hours after blending and packaging before applying to floor.
- 282 is best used from 15% solids to 20% solids.
- Highest amount of hardness of water that blend can be used in: 22 grains or less.
- Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete health and safety information.
- RI at 17% = 19.5 - 21.5
- pH at 17% = 9.1 - 9.5
